How It Works
Setup on Your Floor
I arrive 60–90 minutes before doors open to build out the studio — backdrop, lighting, and a dedicated shooting area — within your booth or activation space.
Attendees Step In
Guests sit for a quick 2-3 minute portrait session. No scheduling required - it's walk-up, first-come, first-served, keeping foot traffic flowing all day.
Live Editing & Delivery
Images are selected and delivered on-site via a private gallery link. Attendees leave the conference with a finished headshot in hand. No waiting.
Lead Capture Built In
Every attendee provides their email to receive their photos, giving your sponsor a clean, opt-in lead list at the end of the day.

How many headshots can you deliver in a full day?
Typically 150 to 200 per 8 hour day. Sessions run 2-3 minutes each, and I keep the line moving efficiently without rushing anyone.
How does same-day delivery work?
Photos are selected onsite and sent via email using a simple QR code..
What backdrop options are available?
I carry a selection of neutral and branded backdrops — classic white, light grey, dark grey, and black. Custom branded backdrops can be arranged with advance notice.
How much space does the setup require?
The studio footprint is approximately 12×12 feet, similar to a standard trade show booth. I can work within tighter spaces with advance planning — just let me know your floor layout.
Is the makeup artist included in the base price?
Professional camera-ready makeup is an optional add-on at $1750 per day. It's a popular upgrade and is often the most photographed part of your event! Attendees love it!
Can the Headshot Lounge be booked for multi-day conferences?
